Very good experience. Our salesman, Frank Dixon, was personable and helpful and did not use pressure tactics. The price was agreed upon quickly unlike our experience at Wolfchase Toyota several years ago.

My wife took our 2002 Camry in for repairs 2 weekds ago and was looking forward to a simple oil change. However, we ended up needing additional repairs that we were not expecting. Normally, if I had taken my car to another shop, I would have been very skeptical about additional repairs. But I was not skeptical in this case becaus I have had the pleasure of getting to know David Sees and Tracy Tate for over 10 years, I have always known them to be honest and up front with me... always. A good relationship is based on trust and we have complete trust and faith in David and Tracy. Although I believed that these repairs were needed, I had the chance to see for myself the repairs needed and nothing more. So not only did we get our car fixed correctly (as usual), but I have the peace of mind that my wife will not to deal with those problems later. :-) I have said it on other surveys and will gladly mention it again. Even though Wolfchase Toyota is MUCH closer to my house, I will continue to bring my cars and keep recommending to everyone we know to bring their cars to Performance Toyota as long as David and Tracy will be there. These gentlemen have earned our trust and loyalty and it is great to know that they will be there and take care of us. Took my 1992 Camry in for repairs and as always, received EXCELLENT customer service from everyone in your Service Department. However, I would like to specifically mention David Sees and Tracy Tate who my wife and I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years. I have said it on other surveys and will gladly mention it again. Eventhough Wolfchase Toyota is MUCH closer to my house, I will continue to bring my cars and keep recommending to everyone we know to bring their cars to Performance Toyota as long as David and Tracy will be there. These gentlemen have earned our trust and loyalty and it is great to know that they will be there and take care of us. I will also recognize that you have other great folks in the service team like Bob Fredericks and others whose name I am embarrassed that I don't remember but they also deserve a good mention here. Had trouble starting my Prius V (dead battery). I called the Service desk and got David Sees and he talked me through 2-3 options that I could try on the phone. When that didn't work, he took my information and helped me to get Roadside Assistance. Once the vehicle was at the center, they (1) found the problem, (2) repaired it completely and (3) got me going within a short time frame. I'm completely happy for all they do at the Service Center and for David getting me going again.

My recent experience at Performance was very good. I got my needs taken care of in record time. I always bypass the Toyota place in Whitehaven for they are so unorganized. I appreciate good service in a timely manner. Good Job.

I wish toyota would fix the gas cap on this car model. I've had the light come on multiple times. The gas cap was replaced under warranty and I had to buy another cap this visit. The dealership has been kind enough to perform the diagnostic check for free; however I've never owned a car that has been service free but has problems with something as irritating as the darn gas cap. I now own a new Avalon as well. Hopefully, the gas cap issue has been resolve.
